TRIBEZA's annual Neighborhood Guide helps Austin discover the best spots in town.
The magazine's special editorial advertising section was taken next-level with custom illustrations and storytelling photography.
For four years, TRIBEZA, Austin’s leading arts and culture magazine, tasked STAV to design, write, photograph and illustrate their annual sponsored section of the June “Neighborhood Issue”. The guide features Austin’s top real estate agents and what they love most about their favorite neighborhoods around the community. Portraits of the realtors positioned next to their top ten recommendations from restaurants and bars to parks and pilates studios enable to connect with Austin’s top realtors in their element.
Our team created the section keeping in mind the spirit of Austin, staying true to the essence of the magazine’s brand and keeping the content as engaging as it was beautiful.
