Real estate entrepreneur Brien Silver is the owner and operator of top performing Compass luxury agency, Silver Real Estate, and successful private investment portfolio, Silver Homes. Silver Homes proves the successful practices of the agency by purchasing, renovating, marketing and selling homes for incredible returns. From branding and signage to a fully customized Luxury Presence website, we’ve worked closely with the real estate team to develop marketing materials to launch their new look.
In addition to the complete brand + identity suite, we created standards for messaging and voice, communication strategy, in-store art direction, social media guidelines, staff uniform rules, and concepts for menus, clothing tags, matchboxes, and more. All the elements STAV Creative designed were laid out in a beautiful brand guideline book for Maaribu to reference as they bring their vision of a cafe and home goods store to life.
