Lujo’s brand is built on vibrant color, psychedelic pattern, and a confident sense of modernity. Pulling inspiration from Austin’s cultural blend of music, nature, and visual art—as well as nods to Latin American design—we created a visual identity that feels at once eclectic and elevated.
The brand direction was tailored to Lujo’s target audience: creative thinkers and boundary-pushers seeking homes that reflect who they are. From visual identity and messaging to agent materials and brand collateral, every touchpoint communicates Lujo’s belief that real estate should be a space for originality and bold self-expression.
We developed a brand guide that includes logo variations, color palettes, type system, patterns, and creative direction for both print and digital marketing. This foundation helps the Lujo team stay consistent and captivating as they grow their presence in Austin’s competitive real estate scene.
