In an effort to envision what’s possible for small-town Texas, STAV Creative developed a conceptual hospitality brand suite for the heart of the Hill Country. Hotel St. Dorothy, along with Bar Leroy and Henriette café, was imagined as part of a broader initiative to spark economic development, celebrate regional heritage, and draw design-forward travelers to Leakey, Texas.
This visionary project allowed our team to demonstrate the full potential of placemaking through branding, story, and space—crafting a destination that could help transform the town’s future. While this brand hasn't become a brick and mortor (yet!), it certainly inspired our own brand STAV Creative, as you may have already noticed.

Though entirely conceptual, the Hotel St. Dorothy brand suite was created with real-world application in mind. Inspired by a family legacy and the natural serenity of the Frio River, we designed a trio of hospitality experiences that feel emotionally resonant and economically strategic. Our team developed full visual identities, messaging strategy, collateral, signage concepts, merchandise, and web mockups—demonstrating how design-led storytelling can guide the growth of emerging destinations.
