Our branding agency was called to refine positioning and visual identity for Port Aransas's Convention and Visitor's Bureau
Port Aransas is arguabley the best beach town in Texas (we’re biased but most everyone agrees!). It has seen a lot of growth in the past few years, particularly in attracting families to begin their own coastal traditions in the area. Their marketing needed to reflect this direction, so STAV stepped in to help refresh the brand and create some new marketing materials.
Because a city has so many moving parts (especially in marketing), the Convention and Visitors Bureau needed an easier way to keep their message and image consistent. They needed a brand book.
The Port A brand book serves as a roadmap for all future marketing efforts. The book includes research findings, clear user personas and their journeys, messaging, taglines, logos and their variations, color palette, icon and pattern designs, typography and art direction. The brand book also includes numerous mockups and examples of brand applications from social media to a wrapped golf cart.
