Starred Sky hired STAV to build the Hacienda Grove brand from the ground up. Hacienda Grove’s approach to community building provides a replicable model for design-forward living.
Unlike custom home builds that require years of planning and construction, Hacienda Grove offers six structure options that can be adapted with curated furnishings and finishes. It’s a streamlined approach to high-end homebuilding — faster, smarter, and more sustainable.
We supported the brand with on-site signage, print and digital advertising in Round Top Magazine, Tribeza, and PaperCity, and experiential sales events, including the now-iconic Hacienda Hoedown (cowboy disco, live band, and beer burros included). We brought in our photography partner, Essence Imagery, to capture Hacienda Grove’s unique design-forward vibe with a catalog of images that supports everything from MLS listings to lifestyle advertising.
Sales have been strong, and the model is now being explored for new locations. Hacienda Grove represents the kind of brand we love to build — deeply place-based, but built for possibility.
