Gracious Garlands is an Austin-based garland and greenery service that sends fresh holiday decor to your doorstep.
The primary goal for Gracious Garlands was to improve the website’s function, enabling a more automated and intuitive e-commerce process, as well as organizing the customer journey into a pleasant and seamless experience. This process included designing the information architecture and layout of the site to be compatible with WooCommerce.
STAV designed the custom e-commerce site layout in both low- and high-fidelity wireframes to organize content and the customer journey and to help the client visualize the look and feel of the fully developed website. The site was developed in a custom WordPress theme with optimized design and custom e-commerce integrations to streamline both the business model and customer experience.
