Where Round Top roots meet modern living.
Tree Tops was imagined as a curated escape — a place where architecture and landscape feel in sync, where people gather under the stars, and where the spirit of Round Top can be felt in every detail.
We developed the brand’s verbal identity, designed custom maps and real estate signage, and directed photography and visual storytelling to capture the feeling of the land and lifestyle. We created sales materials and marketing collateral like brochures and home sales flyers, maintained and evolved the Tree Tops website, and supported a steady stream of digital and print advertising in Round Top Magazine, Tribeza, and PaperCity. We also helped bring Tree Tops Tavern to life — a cheeky art installation and gathering space that embodies the brand’s mix of aesthetic vision and community values.
Tree Tops is also home to Hacienda Grove, a modern cluster of high-efficiency homes designed by Lake | Flato and branded by STAV as a complementary but distinct sub-community. Together, the two offerings give buyers a range of ways to experience life in Round Top — all under a cohesive creative umbrella. With sales events (beer burros included), a growing community, and a strong visual presence both online and on-site, Tree Tops continues to grow — not just in acres sold, but in identity shaped.
